HIP AND KNEE ROLLS
1,2   Rotate hips to the left one rotation using two beats of music
3,4   Rotate hips to the left one rotation using two beats of music
5      Twist lower body leftward and point R knee leftward (towards other knee)
6      Twist lower body rightward and point L knee rightward (towards other knee)
7      Twist lower body leftward and point R knee leftward (towards other knee)
8      Twist lower body rightward and point L knee rightward (towards other knee)

CROSS TOE STRUE, SIDE TOE STRUT, CROSS TOE STRUT, SIDE TOE STRUT
(Remain looking & facing forward including feet while moving right or strutting sideways)
1      Cross L toe over R foot (keep weight on toe, leave heel raised)
        While stepping, move your left arm rearward and right arm forward at waist level
2      Drop L heel to the floor (snap your fingers)
3      Step R toe to right (keep weight on toe, leave heel raised)
        While stepping, move your right arm rearward and left arm forward at waist level
4      Drop R heel to the floor (snap your fingers)
5      Cross L toe over R foot (keep weight on toe, leave heel raised)
        While stepping, move your left arm rearward and right arm forward at waist level
6      Drop L heel to the floor (snap your fingers)
7      Step R toe to right (keep weight on toe, leave heel raised)
        While stepping, move your right arm rearward and left arm forward at waist level
8      Drop R heel to the floor (snap your fingers)

PIVOTS & SWIVELS
&1   With weight on ball of R pivot ¼ right, Step L forward [3:00]
&2   With weight on balls of both feet pivot ½ right, Transfer weight forward to R [9:00]
3&   Step L forward, Pivot slightly more than a ¼ left while swinging R foot forward
4      Touch R toe beside L heel
&5   With weight on L heel swivel L toe and body right toward 7:00, Touch R heel forward
&6   With weight on L toe swivel L heel right with body facing toward 5:00, Touch R toe beside L heel
&7   Swivel left toe right, Touch R heel forward
&8   Swivel L heel right, Touch R toe beside L heel
&      With weight on L toe swivel slightly right facing toward 4:00

HEEL DIGS
(You may jazz this up by hopping on the leg that does not go out when touching your Heel forward.)
1,2   Touch R heel slightly forward with strong emphasis, Step R beside L
3,4   Touch L heel slightly forward with strong emphasis, Step L beside R
